The Speaker again referred the following bill, which had been waived                                
to the Rules Committee (page 591), to the Transportation Committee:                                 
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 77                                                                              
    "An Act naming the William Ransom Wood Centennial Bridge in                                     
    Fairbanks."                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
SB 77 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                      
Transportation Committee.
